Neurodivergent Informed Care
Many neurodivergent people spend years being told they are too much, not enough, or simply doing it wrong. Neurodivergent informed care starts from a different place. It respects how you think, learn, and feel, and it builds support around your strengths and your needs rather than around fitting a standard mold.
Our therapists work with adults, teens, and families navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. Sessions are collaborative and paced to suit you. We focus on practical strategies you can use in daily life, from routines and communication to managing overwhelm and burnout.
Neurodivergent informed care can help with: understanding your strengths and needs, emotional regulation, executive functioning and routine, sensory overwhelm, relationships and communication, burnout and masking, and navigating work, school, or family life.
